WHY PRACTICE MEDITATION?

Meditation is an age old practice used to quiet the mind. The mind is a muscle and needs a break from our busy day to day life. There are several university studies that have shown the physical and mental benefits of meditation. Meditation is a great tool to help with blood pressure, stress, anxiety, emotional well-being, improved cognitive awareness, among many other health benefits.

WHO CAN PRACTICE MEDITATION?

It is safe for anyone, even kids! In fact, we can all benefit one way or another from meditation.

What to bring?

You are not required to bring anything, my meditation space includes several props to help you get comfortable. If you have your own meditation cushion, blanket or yoga mat you can feel free to bring it but it is not necessary.
