Yoga is movement of the body, using breathe, postures and mindfulness to create a connection in the body. ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

One-on-one sessions are perfect if you’re new to yoga and are wanting more direction during class as it gives you more opportunity for questions and alignment cues. One-on-one yoga is also beneficial if you want to have a class tailored to your specific needs whether it be due to an injury, low mobility, chronic pain, or even for a more advanced practice.

WORKPLACE YOGA

Adding yoga into your health and wellness programs at your workplace on a regular basis or stand alone as a team building exercise is a fantastic way to enrich your employee’s lives and improve your team work skills. As an onsite yoga instructor for five years, I will help you incorporate yoga into your workplace and ensure you and your employees share in the benefits on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on your needs.

Yoga during your lunch hour is one of the easiest ways to get everyone involved in a healthy exercise and acts as the perfect break in the day to recharge and optimize your last few hours of work. Yoga for team building events is also a great way to engage staff and often builds morale within teams, and entire workplaces. When employee’s learn how to quiet their minds and feel more rested, they have an easier time focusing their energy at work.

LENGTH

Yoga classes run from 30 to 90 minutes. Find the right balance for you and your workplace that will give everyone enough time to get to the specified location and change if he or she may wish.

INTENSITY

Sessions can include a mixture of the following or can focus on one specific area including breath work, meditation and relaxation or restoration.
